Philip G. Graham, Ph.D. | President
During his 30-year career, Phil has worked with corporations, non-profit organizations, the US Army and Air Force, universities, and churches. He earned his Ph.D. in adult education and human resource development from Virginia Commonwealth University. He has worked on a wide variety of consulting projects including strategic change management, leadership and human resource development, organizational learning, instructional systems design, and corporate ethics.
Ann Marie Petrucelli | Senior Learning Consultant
Ann Marie has more than 15 years of experience in human resource training and development. Prior to joining Perspectives, she worked as a Director for Compensation and Organizational Development for a Fortune 500 company where she designed and implemented key infrastructures and systems for performance management, leadership competencies, and organization development strategies. Additionally, Ann Marie developed a corporate university for a division of more than 1200 IS professionals. She holds a B.S. degree in psychology, has received a certificate from the University of Michigan Executive Human Resource program, and is qualified to administer Myers-Briggs Type Indicator instruments.
